Hey Guys...we're still alive and well. We moved back to Arkansas last may with plans to chill out for a while and we quickly got bored. We love it here but there's only so long that you can sit on your ass before it goes numb. So we started thinking about something we would really like to do with our lives. The thought of opening up another retail store made us gag so we started thinking about going back to school. Browngirl decided to go back to med school for anethesiology and I'm getting a few science pre-reqs out of the way while trying to decide between nurse practitioner or P.A. It'll take me about 2 1/2 years to do either (since I already have a degree) and with N.P. I could open my own TRT/HRT clinic since N.P.'s have a bit more autonomy and prescriptive authority than P.A.'s. (I'm leaning toward N.P. I'm just having a hard time getting over my name and nurse being used in the same sentence...lol) So anyway, we've both been burying our heads in the books with little time to do anything else. I spent the 2nd half of last year getting fat while fishing, hunting, and watching more TV than you could imagine and I've spent the last 3 1/2 months working it all off again. I'm probably close to 12% BF at 195lbs again so not to bad. Oh Yeah....we got married last October too!

That's pretty much it. I'm about to start up some MT2 and couldn't remember how to reconstitute it so I had to jump back on here. I check in every little bit, but rarely post. I should have some more time coming up this summer so I'll try to be a bit more active on here. Good luck to all you guys and we miss you.

It's over a year old now... lol. Current pics below. Yea, I got fat. Again. Just started my spring/summer cut though... i'll get lean again by June.

You look big...in a good way. I really packed on the lbs this last fall and winter, but I've dropped it pretty quick. Starting clen april 1st. If all goes to plan I should be about 175-180lbs and below 10%bf by end of may which is 10-15lbs more than last year at the same BF%. If I maintain that and have the time to commit to diet and training while in school I plan on starting the big boy vitamins in October. If so, then I'll be back taking up all your time on the ask GB anything thread....if that's still going!
