I just want to put this up because I've seen a lot of new guys (not that I'm seasoned) wanting to do tons of different AAS on your first cycle and not listening to the senior guys about doing just Test for your first cycle. I wanted to show you what a test only cycle can do. I'm about to do my last pin in my 12th week. I was going for bulking the whole cycle and then towards the end I threw in T3 to slim down the BF a little.

I am very impressed with a Test only cycle..On my next I see no need to throw anything else in but who knows. Following this very simple cycle that was given to me from many knowledgeable members on this site gave me exactly what I was looking for big lean gains, crazy strength and hard ass muscles. I didn't really have any sides, sore nipples a few time but I just bumped the Adex up for a day and it went away. A little bit of atrophy but nothing crazy and once I bumped up the test on week 10 I got a little acne. I hope this helped some new guys. Like most guys will tell you diet is the biggest factor, I ate 5-6 meals a day consisting of protein,veggies and good carbs like oats and sweet potatoes. I wasn't on a strict diet but I tried to be good. Like I said by no means am I an expert I'm just sharing my experience to show you that less is more sometimes. Later
