    Gw-1516

    Hello to all...

I have not posted in a while...

I bought a bottle of GW-1516 because so many ppl were asking me about it "excersize in a bottle" + weight loss, + fat loss and a bunch of other "amazing" claims...

my goal was to cycle an entire bottle with out any excersize and then wait a month and do a second cycle with excersize and see what the deal was with this "Amazing" product.

    start of first bottle -
    41yo
    6 foot 3
    255 -252 lbs
    work out 3 - 4 days a week
body fat this time of year (april - 2013) 10-11 persent (taken with calipers)
no cardio specifically (ex: tred mill, bike...)

so figuring out the dose was really tuff... i read some ppl that took as much as 100 mg a day, and others less... i figured i would start with 5mgs a day for 3 days, then 10 mg a day for 3 days and stay with 15 mgs a day till cycle was done.
the product is "expensive" so i wanted to be reasonable with the usage. (each dose taken before bed time)

day 1 - 3 seemed fine nothing to report, product tasted terrible but i have had worse
day 4 - 6 had headache for two of the three days and it was really annoying. seem to be sleeping very well.
day 7 - present i have been on product GW-1516 for 12 days, no more headaches, sleep is consistant and well rested in am

ok, thus far i have been totally stunned how well this seems to be working weight is down to 248 lbs no diet change, no additions to my "cycle", no change in strength at gym, however i seem to have more energy or stamina. very odd! that it seems to be making a difference. i would say i have gotten an increase of 25 - 30 persent or so (just an estimate) of endurance. work outs that would have forced me to take 2-3 min between sets are now fully recovered and ready for next set in a min or two...

energy level seems much better - that equates directly to motivation in and going to the gym ( for me that means i am actually wanting to do cardio, and challenge my self... i have not and wont till the second "cycle")

so thus far i am very very excited about this product...

NOTE: i like tren A, run it in most of my cycles... it totally destroys my cardio abilities... sex even gets my hart rate to max, and becomes a choir to just breath... point is how bad tren a effects my lungs/cardio

this is totally the answer to ppl taking tren (imo) it really feels like excersize in a bottle!!! normal chores around the house... example- cutting down trees, raking, so on and so forth... will have me in a panting, hart pounding sweat, last week end i was cutting down an old 30 foot tall apple tree and did so with bearly breaking a sweat (yes i am using a chain saw) normally i would be a sweaty mess, from all the cardio work... could have cut down 10 more trees and cleaned them up...

this stuff really is great stuff... i will report back more as i get further along in the cycle and continue with the second bottle after a month break.

    I had a different result
    5mg/day for 1 month, then
    10mg/day for 1/2 month

    during this time:
    slight improvement in cardio
    significant strength REDUCTION
slight weight loss, although BF% remained unchanged

I kept a log, and so did Austinite; he had a similar experience as I.

The other problem is cost. very expensive for something so marginal
