Hi I am a 26 turning 27 next month female personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have competed in bikini but the only time I can get rid of my lower gut is the day of show when I've dehydrated and been just eating protein for a week ... Otherwise it's always there!! Will anavar help get rid of that ? I workout intensely 8+ hrs a week and eat 150+g protein/day, all clean, take creating BCAAs thermogenics etc and I am not ripped! I knew there had to be a "secret" out there and maybe aas are it?? My next bikini show is in 8 weeks.
