My doctor just skimmed through it and told me what was high, his solution: lower my test dose to .50 every Sunday instead of. 75..

So now what should I really do? Still taking that formexx black eod but I'm gonna push it up to everyday until I can order an ai off ar-r... anything else anyone can suggest? Does my rbc look ok?

I agree with you fellas 100%, but what can I do in the meantime to make sure I try and level myself out?

I'm pretty freaked out over my high estrogen levels.. and I believe that was when I was taking the formexx black everyday.. maybe I should think about doubling it up for now..

Joe, your assay is a total estrogen serum. Before we get into a panic mode, you need to get a "Estradiol (E2) Sensitive" assay. This is the male standard used by A4M certified physicians, and anyone who knows how to treat hypogonadism effectively. Although, your E2 could still be elevated, you might find it's not as bad as anticipated. Get that so we can offer some accurate suggestions.

If not, I think I'm going to have to request my own labs because my Dr didn't even want to run my Estrogen level at all because he said it's never been a problem before because the amount of test he prescribes isn't enough to raise it to a significant level.. I know all the things I can say against this but why bother? I gave him the HCG stickie and he basically threw it in the trash..

What might explain the high free test?

Because they do not specialize in this field, and frankly there's just a ton of them that let their egos and lack of knowledge get in the way. The non-sensitive assay was designed for females, and is very difficult to use as a reliable metric for male hormonal management. OP's sensitive E2 could rise or drop by 10 points and non-sensitive assay might only vary a few points. The doctors you are talking to don't see the big picture on this. Keep in mind, those same doctors figure your testosterone is normal if it ranges 280ng to 900ng. Big variance, and anything but "normal" from one end to the other ...
