Attachment 142236Attachment 142235the first picture is me in 2011 aged 17 around 125lbs going the gym maybe 4 times a week not having a clue about diet or training, i only went for about 2 months after seeing no gains. The second picture is me in may aged 20 152 lbs after training for 3 months straight 5 days a week with a slightly better knowledge of gaining muscle etc.. before I even started training seriously i was still around 128-134 lbs so for the period of time i've been going the gym are these good results? I've still got a long way to go obviously, i'm still skinny but slow progression is better than no progressionthanks for any feedback as usual.
