    Newbie with a free test question.

    Hey yall, been reading alot over last 6 months about testosterone, free test, and estrogen. I am 49 and just wanted alittle more from my workouts. I visited my doc and these are my #s. Total test 518, free test 107, and estrogen 161. The total test surprised me because a few yrs back it was 300. Its the free test and estrogen that concern me. Best ideas on how to bring these two #s in line would be appreciated.
