Severe Neck pain since starting my cycle 4 weeks ago. Any suggestions?

I started this cycle 4 weeks ago. Its happened twice where I wake up and can hardly move my neck. 3 days ago I could hardly crawl out of bed I hurt so bad. The only way I can describe it is when you turn your neck real fast and get a sharp lightning bolt of pain shoot across the bottom of your head down to your neck. Or sleeping in a bad position and waking up with a sore neck.

I feel better as the soreness is wearing off, but cotdam, that was one of the most excruciating pains I've been through. If Id move my arm my sternum would start to hurt. I find it odd Ive had neck pain twice since the start of this cycle. Could be me just over thinking, but any precautions I should take?

Gear can't possibly hurt your neck, other than to make you think you're stronger than you are. It's much more likely that you pulled something. I'm sure you're already on an anti-inflammatory, but based on your description make a doctor's appointment.
