Cal defs, training and CYT3 for females

hi! totally new to the forum so forgive me if the information is too little or overly excessive

well let me start off with the stats as most ppl do
Female, 6ft, 19% BF (done by trainer) weight: 78kgs AGE:23

I am finding it very difficult to eat the calories needed… it says I need 2558 to maintain?! I eat at like a 1000cal def according to calculations? *maybe im doing that wrong too* (consume roughly 1400 – 1600 cals per day) depending on the day. high protein, low carb diet and a 5-6 day exercise routine.

not a huge cardio fan.. but do it warm up and down everyday (15min each time - Stairmaster). do roughly 4-5 sets of 15 reps of my muscle grouped exercises (4 – 5 exercises in total.)

started using CYT3 as per my trainers advice as I want to shake off the excess BF currently using 1tab started at 1/2 a tab (5 days off for 2 days then went up to 1 tab) ... **(need advise on this too please)**

well, to get to the point I am terrified I will lose more muscle than fat and lately (and with us women that obviously means last 2-3 days ) I’ve been feeling like “flabby” is there something I am doing wrong here?

I train weights at the same intensity, do enough weight training, eat enough protein, sleep enough… is there any advice I really want to get down to 12 - 14% BF!!!!

    thanking you in advance!!!!

Why do you want to get down to 12%? That is exceptionally low for a female. In fact 19% is pretty lean for a girl. Have a look at this, it should help with a more accurate assessment of your bodyfat.

So we can get a thread for you in the right section on this website can you explain what you want to target most, diet? Supplementation? Training?

Then we can address all the issues in the section that has your biggest concern.

I'm aware of your CYT3 and it isn't something I would take. What brand is it? I'd never mix clen with another stimulant tbh. I think we can help you get where you want to be with changes in diet and exercise

thank you so much for your response!

my trainer (ex trainer) put me on CYT3.... hes a total ditz hence why I came to the professionals

I was tested with the "pinchy thingy" - for the life of me I cant remember the name! - HE SAID IM 19% ...but looking at the pics I would place myself at 25%

according to the pics I wanna get to the 15%

    CYT3 is from nomad

I have created a diet on excel like a drop down to select days and carb, protein and fat intake... so diet im sorted thanks to the threads here.

training, hmmm i am concerned that what i am doing maybe wrong....

    20min stairmaster
    10min jumprope
5-6 different weight training excerises for muscle groups for thatr day
15 reps 4 or 5 sets depending on the excerise...
    AB challenge...

    10 min cool down cardio

i am realllly new to the forum is there any threads you can suggest i can read to assist me

thank you again for your response!!!

Sounds like your trainer either didn't do your 'pinchey' calipers test well or maybe he put your figures into a male calculator rather than female.

Nomads CYT3 has yohimbe rather than yohimbine, which is good because its probably nowhere near as strong. 40mcg of clen will do almost nothing for you. The only way to really tell the correct dose of clen is to check your body temperature as you up the dosage. When your temperature rises then it is working. However, clen should only really be used to lose that last little bit. People who use it at higher bodyfat levels, in my opinion, haven't proved a good grasp of diet or cardio training.

I'd be interested to know your calorie intake and macro split for your weight loss plan?

Can you list the last 2 workouts you have done including exercises and sets and reps for me? Also what body parts you do on each workout? i don't believe women should train differently to men, lower reps with higher weights and mostly compound movements. The best way to burn fat is to build muscle. Personally I would do your cardio
