been lifiting for few years now. i have came down from 300 to 185. but over past year 1/2 i got outa routine started partying and drinking heavy.. now im back to a woping 220.. o well i been back in the gym for about 3-4 weeks now cardio and lifting..
My diet i been trying to keep it clean as pos but i do have little urges to eat one reese cup haha.. but its starting to slowly leave..
but its looks like this (servings.. well im figuring them out now) but usually its at least a 6oz breast, or 1-2 scoop protein mix.. depending how i feel.
carbs 1/2 - 1 cup in a meal
1 1/2 cups veggies..
wake up 5am.
take 1 1/2 scoop oxy elite pro (powder)
530-6am
5eggs/ 1/2 c oats (sprinkle splenda)
(Multi vitamin)
7 -8am
protien shake/ 1 TBL natty PB
9am (Lunch)
Chicken/ brocolli
11am
shake with / oats or some rice
130pm
workout
300pm
PWO
6pm steak/ veggies
8-9 1 cup cottage cheese..
after i shed some BF in the GUT im looking to maybe cycle for my first time.. now that i have some weeks to go. time to study and learn.. figure i would run Test by itself for first cycle.
