Begging for help Digestive Issues !!!!!

    Greetings,
Im not sure how much knowledge about my situation but I'm going insane not being able to train. I am a college football player and powerlifter I love lifting and training but since June I've had digestive distress it started with constipation and I went to the ER and the doctor confirmed i was "full of crap." I took some stool softeners and was finally able to go but not big happy and healthy like I was accustomed to and not as often. I upped my water in take and fiber. Still unable to go back to normal I also had no hunger. A few weeks later I developed a cough shortness of breath and runny nose.

So at this point I had no appetite, small bowel movements, and shortness of breath still pushing it in the gym and on the field. By this time i was no longer taking any supps at this time. I also lost about 17 pounds, went from 237 to 220. I went to a walk in free clinic because my family is really poor and deals with financial struggles due to single mother and five siblings. Fall football came and I went through all this our crazy workouts and still no hunger but still ate three times a day and was able to see improvements in my bowel movements and was happy now just had no appetite and shortness of breath the week school starts I go with my girlfriend and sister to eat at Cheese cake factory and boom burning in my chest and stomach ace and bloating that went away after a while.

SO now I have missed the first three games of the season because of this and i now weigh about 205-210 and lost lots of muscle. Veggies include lettuce purple cabbage organic baby spinach, kale. Protein is organic free range eggs, organic chicken and turkey and distilled water is all I drink. My current symptoms are constipation, no appetite, dark urine recently, shortness of breath, spots on the back of my hands look kinda like liver sports (but im only 21) and on my index finger purple looking spots that look funky. any suggestions or advice would be really welcomed please !!! my family depends on me I cant fail. I will not let them down and I need the gym back .
GI doctor put me on disipramine which is used to treat IBS but I really dont have symptoms of IBS so if anybody has an idea of what else my being occuring please help me !! Maybe Low HCl ???? I've lost 35 pounds !!!

    Welcome,

If you can, please edit that astronomically sized paragraph so that my old eyes can read it.

    Thanks.

Phew. Those are some random symptoms. Really difficult to narrow anything down.

Dark urine is indicative of an infection or kidney/Liver issues. You should start using 600mg of NAC daily either way.

Purple fingers is likely poor circulation. You can fix that with L-Arginine but still needs a doctor's attention as this is very rare.

I assume you have not used steroids, but if you have, that could be the cause of Dyspnea. (Blood is too thick). Or could be a respiratory issue considering that cough.

Sounds like you have some reflux issues as well. Dark spots might be some sort of deficiency, like vitamins for example.

You need to find a way to get evaluated by a doctor. Your symptoms are just too broad. You could be suffering a blood disease such as Porphyrias.

    What's your body fat percentage?

Have you been tested for autoimmune disorders, specifically scleroderma? Some of the symptoms are consistent with this diagnosis. Have you noticed the spots you described anywhere else? The breathing and urinary symptoms described are also symptomatic for scleroderma but could be caused by other conditions as well.

I currently weigh about 200 pounds maybe less. The doctors have only done blood tests and x ray which doesnt show much. I was tested for crohns and celiac and I'm awaiting those results. I just wanna be normal again and lift this is killing me slowly but I will not fall into despair. I dont have the spots anywhere else but i'm scared as hell havent poop in like 12 days. SHould I go to urgent care or something ? I appreciate the feed back so much. If it was scloderma wouldnt my blood have shown it?
