Here is my situation;
I have been lifting on and off for 6-7 years I started training in martial arts 3 years ago and haven't really found enough time to hit the gym as much as I would like in the time I've been doing martial arts.(bjj, kickboxing etc)
6 months ago I injured my left ankle and was unable to train for some time. When I came back to training it was only martial arts no lifting. 4 weeks ago i injured the other ankle and now will be taking an extended break from jiu-jitsu etc. Through this time being injured and some other reason I have not been able to lift and just haven't had a very good appetite in general I have lost a lot of weight in this time, approx 17-18 pounds.
I'm 25, currently weighing about 135 pounds, 5'7''. The weight class I compete in is -135 pounds usually this is the reason for being very light to begin with. I Have done 2 cycles in the past to help with strength and condition, Both gave me the results I was looking for and Recovery went as smooth as I could have expected.
1st cycle Test-prop, 350 mg a week. Anavar 30 mg a day. 8 weeks. 2 years ago. nolva pct.
2nd cycle Test-prop, 350mg Equipoise 350mg. 11 weeks, 8 months ago. (stopped early due to terrible acne on back and had basically achieved the weigh and performance I wanted.) nolva, D-aspartic acid,( i truly found the DAA helped)
I am looking to help strengthen my popped ankles and gain back the weight lost.
I have 2x 10ml sustanon, 1 x 10ml Test-e, 1 x 10ml testprop
4 x 10ml deca, 2 x 10ml tren ( i would like to avoid using these for fear of harsh shutdown)
enough Dbol/anavar to run throughout cycle.
HCG,Nolva and some questionable Clomid on hand.
Given all of these factors what would be my best option in terms of cycle? I would prefer to keep it short.
