The dawn of a new me

Backstory is I'm recently divorced "gives me more motivation I guess"?... I've been in a gym since I was 15 won lifting competitions throughout highschool but stopped lifting heavy after I graduated. Never did a cycle of aas other than taking d-Bol for a week and saying I don't need this when I was 16. Although I did take fizagen's on/off cycle loved it beat thing I've ever gotten from gnc... I've stayed in the gym a little since my glory days but shamefully admit that I'm now 240lbs and hate myself. I feel like it just happened overnight but I know it didn't.

I spoke to 3J a few months back and he set me up with a nice little carb cycling diet I stuck true for a few weeks but the wife needed new shoes so I couldn't always afford the meals so basically I have since stopped that diet. We are separated now and I have my money back so I am planning on starting up my diet again I can't afford to pay 3j again and would like input and guidance from one of y'all. I don't feel comfortable out of respect to 3j to post the diet on here so pm me. I want to get down to around 210 lbs I've never wanted to look like jay cutler or anyone like that my end goal I guess is to one day just have mass not cut even I just want size I guess you'd say.

I have some gear but y'all have told me to wait so it's incubating.. Here are some pics and I'm willing to do about whatever it takes. I've been running a little over 2 miles every other day and doing some other form of light cardio in between. I run at a 8 min mile pace. I'm forgetting things so ask and I'll tell just can't think of what else to post. 6' 238-240lbs waist (bellybutton)45" neck 16" chest 40" thigh 26" calf 16" biceps 16"Click image for larger version.

    Welcome!

I'd not try to emulate a fancy cycling diet at this point; rather go for something more basic that you can easily manage and stick with. There's some great info there. Good luck!

When I went through divorce I partied myself to what I call a thin 225lbs. I went from 260 down to 225 I was more lean but I burned through a good amount of muscle and my partying was at an all time high. I would advise not to go that route. Get the diet and workout perfected and you will melt the fat off.
