We're here to help, not hold ur hand. Read the stickies. And if u don't have diet in place, u have no place with steroids.

Thank god, maybe he will listen to you TR.

    READ THE STICKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of them...I could be here for DAYS explaining nutrition. Read, ask specific questions, if u don't have at least that much will power, what makes u think your gonna have enough will power to execute a diet? No one here is going to hold ur hand and feed you. Your going to have to come up with a proposed diet and we will help u tweak it. But we're not going to give you a damn thing.

First, it is always better to eat whole foods.

there is nothing intrinsically wrong with a zero carb protein, but you can overdo it. You will know when this happens when you begin to get bad gas.

It could help with weight gain. But ultimately, for weight gain to occur, you MUST be in a caloric surplus. If you are not eating more calories than you are burning, then the zero carb protein powder will do nothing.

It would be better to go over to the nutrition section and write out your meal plan, including your macros per meal, and total macros per day, along with your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) so we can benchmark against it. Typically, to gain, I'd recommend at least 500 cals/day over your daily TDEE. once you write out your daily nutrition plan, there will be constructive criticism on how to improve. Your diet is almost ALWAYS the least understood/underrated aspect to gaining weight/muscle.

Ok I think I got that. Zero carb protein powder, good or bad?

Well I would answer on the side of good. I want my protein powder just that. Protein. I want to be able to control my macros of that shake, not the shake control my macros.
However, 6 scoops of protein is ENTIRELY too much! Two shakes a day max. I use 4 scoops a day in two shakes, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein in each of my two shakes (first thing in the morning and post workout) however I add in other things to my shakes to make them more of a "meal" (egg whites, almond milk, macadamia oil, flax seed). You should b getting most of ur macronutrients from actual food. Especially if ur cutting bf. you want food because it will ease hunger, shakes do nothing for hunger. Not to mention all the "extra" things like vitamins and minerals in all the various foods that u don't get from shakes.

quick hijack for a funny story....

my buddies sister decided many years ago to go on the SlimFast diet. You know, a shake in the morning, a shake for lunch...?

Anyways, after a couple of months, she gained ten pounds. So she started bitching that the SlimFast diet sucked, she didn't know why she was gaining all the weight?

So i sat her down, and talked with her.....

"Teresa, tell me exactly what you are doing on this diet. There has to be a reason you are gaining weight!"

So she looks at me sheepishly, and says, well, in the morning, i eat my breakfast, and then have my SlimFast shake, and then in the afternoon I eat my lunch with another SlimFast shake!"

    Uh......

So i begin to talk to her real slow so she can keep up...

    uh, Teresa?

Yeah, about that shake. you are supposed to drink the shake INSTEAD of eating a meal, not with your meal!

She looks at me again, and goes....."oh! I had no idea, so is that why i'm gaining weight?"

    ding! ding! ding! ding!

U eat right and your body will react. I'm not following what ur talking about as far as saturation.
First place to start is a diet. Go to the nutrition forum. Start it by giving ur full stats. Age, height, weight, bf, goals. I'll follow and help u with ur tdee. The nutrition forum is FULL of extremely knowledgable guys. Particularly back in black, gbrice and 405. Just ppl to look out for as far as credibility.

Forget oxy pro elite. Diet and cardio and weight training. I really don't think there is a magic pill. I have been searching......

When you find it, pls let me know and I will sing your praises.

Phentermine is hard to get at reasonable price without a prescription.

Dude, you need to get a hold of your diet and establish a proper routine at the gym. Sounds to me like your just out of school and can't wait to get all jacked up. If you're only working out 3-4 hours a week, all the supplements in the world aren't going to do shit unless your diet is tight. And if your diet is tight and you're only putting in 3-4 hours a week in the gym, then you shouldn't need to supplement.

FFS, get your lazy backside in the nutrition section and stop looking for the easy, non-existent, way out.

Plan to work hard or change your goals. Now stop with these threads and posts!!!!!!!!!!

You have a lovely attitude. Let me guess, you're within 2 years of being 18 years old?

You have been given the tools to write a specific diet. I also asked you to list a diet with macro's and calories listed.

Perhaps you are the one who can't read?????
