    Lightbulb New Girlie!

    Hi everyone!!
Ok new here...and in need of advice.
Bought a cycle of Var and Winn bc I'm going on vacay in 5 weeks and want to feel and look my best.
About 15 lbs from where I want to be weight-wise.
Scared to take Clen bc of prior issues w/anxiety don't wanna be all ramped up.
Combined w/a proper diet and continued lifting and cardio what do you expect my results to be like??
Thank you so much in advance!!

Welcome. Doubt you'd reach your goal in 5 weeks as you'd still be on cycle if started soon. I recommend you wait till you get back from vacation, work on your diet the best you can, do some more reading on the site prior to starting. You always have next spring and summer to get your sexy on.

Yep, many women will actually hold muscle taking var for sure, thus your "weight" loss will be less, you mention 15 lbs but then you mention "look good" those are 2 different things..

I can be 210 lbs at 10%bf or I can be 210 @ 22% bf.. the look is very different..

To answer your question however, diet/exercise, a low dose of vary will make it so that while you are losing weight you won't lose strength, and all of the weight loss you experience will be fat..

Well I do understand the difference between weight loss and fat loss (measuring via inches vs a scale)...hmm...well as long as I feel good it's no biggie to me if I'm not at my "goal"...will the Winny help me w/weight loss though?

well yea like Spy said, you will lose fat and maintain your muscles and strength. my suggestion is to cycle one compound only, wini is no different that var except its more toxic to the liver. and make sure you take NAC wile on cycle.

ok from what i heard though the var is a bridging compound and i need them both together? can u clarify?

Spywizard. By low dose you are speaking in the 2 - 2.5 mg range correct?

To our new gal. :Hello: 5 weeks is enuff time to loose approx 10 lbs with proper diet and exercise depending on your current stats.

they are both cutting compounds, and they do the same however winny is very hard on the body, it dries your joints and, fvcks up your liver and its more aggressive on enlarging the clitoris. var is little milder but will give you almost the same results. NAC is a liver protections and you can get it from ARR

    Welcome Starkiss!
I'd say "get to work" on your diet, cardio, and training and you may be pleasantly surprised. Even if it's not the whole fat loss you hoped, it would be an improvement - and springboard you into losing more when you get back.
