Reason for this thread is just to get your opinions on the stack and maybe some tips. Also if you have expierence with dhea, I'd like to hear from you.
Further I would like to discus the dose of the compounds with you guys. Goal is to gain strength and or mass
Ok, so why these compounds? My theory is: First buffer DHEA with very high amounts of DHEA through supplementation (200-600mg). I think that such an increase in DHEA concentrations will make the body convert it to other hormones to get rid of the high dhea level that is occurring.
Hopefully it gets converted into T, E* and DHT.
Then the MUSHROOM EXTRACT comes into play by inhibiting aromatase. Preventing an increase in E* and thereby forcing the DHEA conversion to T and DHT.
week 1: dhea 100mg pre workout (100mg total)
week 2: dhea 100mg breakfast, 100mg pre workout (200mg total)
week 3: dhea 100mg breakfast, 100mg pre workout, 100mg pre bedtime (300mg total) 4200mg white mushroom extract
week 4: dhea 100mg breakfast, 200mg pre workout, 100mg pre bedtime (400mg total) 4200mg white mushroom extract
week 5: dhea 200mg breakfast, 200mg pre workout, 100mg pre bedtime (500mg total) 4200mg white mushroom extract
week 6: dhea 200mg breakfast, 200mg pre workout, 200mg pre bedtime (600mg total) 4200mg white mushroom extract
