What to ask for in blood work?

My Dr. gives me a prescription to go get blood work done every 3 months. Some times they ask for just the basics, other times more.

Can I walk into a place like Labcorp and get blood work done on my own, and get the results myself? If so what should I ask for?

This is what the DR. asked for on my first blood work, It was the most extensive.

TSH
Thyroxine T4
T3 Uptake
Free Throxine index
Insulin-like Growth Factor 1
tesosterone, Serum
testosterone, Free
5 Free testosterone
LH
FSH
Prolactin
DHEA-Sulfate
Sex Horm Binding Glob, Serum


I did not see anything about estrogen, estrous, estradiol?------ Should I ask for them as well?

What else should I look at for blood work……… if anything?

I'm stopping TRT for awhile and I want to keep track of my own blood work and whats going on.
Also if you can do this on your own…… whats the ballpark $$ ?
