    Joint Pain Relief?

5th week of test e n 3rd of dbol. Strength is crazy high!! I have almost doubled my weight on all workouts with ease the last 2 weeks. Now I'm getting some joint pain in shoulders and wrists that's affecting my sessions. It gets better after a day off, but comes back towards the end of my workouts. I have tripled my fish oil but it doesn't do too much. Adex is .50 EOD. Sauna 30 mins daily to kill the water weight. If I lower my weights, it feels like I'm doing nothing and making no gains.

    Anything that can help?

There could be many things that are causing joint pain. Low estrogen could cause it but your AI dose seems reasonable, maybe try .25mg EOD and see if that helps. Or it could be your lifting, maybe you are going too hard. Or maybe you didn't have a solid base of muscle when you started cycling and your muscle strength is starting to outweigh your tendon's and ligament's ability to support your body properly. It is really up to you to figure out what is going on since you know yourself more than me. Are you staying hydrated despite the sauna? I have never been a big fan of them to be honest. Your body needs water for everything it does, to include promoting good joint health, muscle gain, and fat shrinkage.

Could be many things, too much arimidex for the roids taken, bad form, fast strength gains in short amount of time.... If you really did double your weights as you say well then that's probably it. For example, if you used to flat bench 2 plates and now you're at 4 plates after only 5 weeks well you gotta give time for your body to adjust! lol Feels great to lift heavy but you can hurt yourself pretty quick too. Also the arimidex I only take as little as need be to keep the bitch tits under control, anymore and you're wasting the effectiveness of your cycle, lowering your immune system and mess with your joints! It's not because some guys or website says you need to take a certain amount that you have to do it! There is no cookie cutter recipies, everybody is different and as such it should be customized to your body to your needs.

Drop weight your at big risk for injury with that new strength. Don't worry, you'll keep gaining.

    I'm thinking this.

Sounds like a combo of a few things for me then. DFRELAT, that's exactly what I did, went from two plates to four with HVT. Lol. My base was good to start. I think the Adex is playing a big part. I upped it two weeks ago to stop the acne, which it did. I drink a little over 2 gallons of water a day, but been dropping the water weight daily in the sauna. As Ranger said, that may not be a good idea. I will drop the Adex for a week and kill the sauna and go a little lighter on the weights. From everyone's feedback, it sounds like that's my answer.
Thanks everyone for the input! Always appreciated!

I know the feeling, feels so good to lift heavy when everything is easy and you get massive pumps! But you gotta hold yourself back a little and go gradually.

Amen, just because you can do a weight doesn't mean you need to. Let us know what happens.

.50mg of anastrozole may be more than necessary. It varies from person to person depending on your rate of aromatase activity. Myalgia and arthralgia are common hallmarks of low estrogen. Blood test would yield a more definitive answer.

More likely too much weight in a short period. Listen to your body and ease up a bit. I pushed myself hard two years ago on cycle and caused a grade 3 tearing my gastrocnemius. The pain is a warning. Heed it! The last thing you want is a torn ligament or muscle. Believe me, that's a set back you do not want! Growth always takes time even with gear. Better to acknowledge your limitations based on pain than push through and cause real trauma.

All the above is why mid-cycle blood work is crucial. Learn the effects of what your taking through your BW and use the feedback to adjust accordingly. It can be eye opening.
