    Novice looking for advice

Hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice on a cycle I plan on running in the near future. Bit of history, I've only got a couple cycles under my belt, one being test400/dbol and the other being sust250 alone in that order. Reason I did that was because my body had a hard time with the test400, injection site issues (possible junk gear) but i decided to lower the mg's per ml and did a sust250 cycle and all went well. I am happy with my muscle and strength gains and now I would like to do something different. I am a military member and in fairly good shape, I've been nominated to compete in a race that is around 60km's with various different activities involved such as running with a heavy back pack, cycling, and rowing. I am also currently applying to the special forces as well and most of their requirements involve running short distances for speed, example one mile around 6 minutes. I would like to run a cycle that will allow me to continue making strength gains but more importantly help my cardio. I know those are two things that normally don't go too well together which is why I don't mind if my strength gains are minimal and I lose some mass. Minor lean muscle gains combined with larger cardio gains would be ideal for me. I've been asking some of my friends that cycle and they've suggested something along the lines of test, winny, and EQ. I'm also open to you suggestion of PCT, I've only used Clomid and Nolva. Thanks in advance for any advice and guidance!

Something I forgot to add, I am also open to what type of test to run. I'd like to run something that will have the least amount of chance for injection pain, thanks again!

All I can do for you is give you my opinion. You don't have to listen to it, but my recommendation is to do more PT. If you do not have the mental discipline to PT your ass off and get selected naturally, I don't think steroid cycles will help you. It isn't the 6min mile runs you have to worry about in selection, trust me. And in the Q it isn't the sprints there either. Being fast and strong will not get you into an SF unit. It is mostly in your head. All you need to do is give it 100% during PT for five days a week and in a few months you will be ready without a cycle. If you need any advice before you go, PM me. I still have buddies that are instructors in Bragg.

So you have run 2 cycles and been happy with one and now want to change it? Why not just stick with what is working. If you ran sust 250 and liked the results then stick with what is working. No need to add the other compounds yet and how about listing your stats? read the pct stickies as well
