Eat, Eat, Eat, I know, but why so difficult!??

    Hi all,
I'm 37, began lifting seriously again in Nov 2013, but been lifting since I was 18 on and off.
started at 12st 2 lbs in Nov.
    I'm 6ft 6in, anup a serious hardgainer!!

I have been drinking 2 shakes a day of anabolic Mass, 1100 calories, 50g protein, adding 8 liquid egg whites, 4 scoops of ultra fine oats, tablespoon of peanut butter, adding ice cream to shakes on a Saturday.

This sounds good, so I think, but when it comes to food!!

During the day (being honest here!):
    Morning, shake as above.
At work: egg or cheese sarnie on brown bread, grapes and or apple, bottle of water.
Home: rice, scrambled eggs (5) peas and carrots OR
Jacket potato with tuna, rice, cheese.
    Evening: Shake as above.
I drink about 7 coffee's a day too! (Some days more!)

I really struggle eating as last year some idiot ripped me off and I nearly lost everything, wife and kids included!, I lost loads of weight, ended up In hospital as I wasn't eating or sleeping.

I also grab "crap" here and there, like a choc bar or biscuits.

I am now currently at 14st 10lbs, and as people say "looking so much better for it!" Blah blah

I was taking test 400, but next course is test 400, deca 300, danabol, nolvadex.

I am fully aware my diet is shit, gained weight but I feel it is a struggle to get the food and nutrition down my neck!
I hit the gym 4 times a week too.

So any ideas to get the best from food or diet ideas? (I do not eat meat

First off that is $hit you need some real food not to mention how low a quality the calories are. What's your TDEE that looks like way too low a calories on top of it being one of the crappiest diets I've ever seen. You are going no where unless you change your attitude towards eating.

You'll have to wait for some non meat ideas my diet consists of a ton of beef and chicken so alternatives to meat are not my strong point.

I'm a vegetarian and can gain weight very fast.
You just gotta eat big. I think rice and potatoes for your lunch are really small.
My rice portion is around 250g, measured raw. I ate 320g a few times. With cheese and zucchini sauce.
For potato, I usually eat baked potato wedges one time a week, that's 800g or 900g potato measured raw. I ate a kilo a few times, felt really full.
One time a week my mom bakes me a pizza, even now that I'm cutting. It has around 2300 cals. Sometimes, I eat it all at once.
When I was binging, I ate big two times like mentioned above, big portions of something and last meal was nutella (or pb), jam, banana on bread with a glass of milk or some other snacks.
I'm also not drinking 2 gallons of water a day or doing cardio.
    Hope that helps.

These guys are right. (1) eat real food. (2) eat lots of it. I mean like eat until you are full and then 50% more. Do this 6 times a day. (3) The shakes are a supplement. Have them immediately after workout or right before bed.

You're going to have to start by calculating your TDEE and then go from there. In the beginning, you will have to weigh / measure everything. It sucks, but there is no short cut. You will be surprised how much quality food you have to eat just to hit TDEE.

You aren't alone. Diet is the hardest part and the #1 reason that people fail to reach their goals.

    Good luck.

I would highly recommend you watch these videos by BB legend Milos Sarcev.

Set up your diet as the videos suggests.
