Any reason why I shouldn't eat this?

H.E.B "Fresher Lasting" Mild Chunky Guacamole.
Ingredients: Hass Avocado, Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Garlic, Jalapeño
    No preservatives used.
    Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons (30g)
    Calories 45
    Fat 4.5g (0.5 Saturated)
    Sodium 120mg (5%)
    Carbs 2g
    Sugars 0g
    Protein 1g
To me, the ingredients look good and the fact that there are no preservatives makes me happy. Would like to substitute this for peanut butter for one of my meals. On my last meal i have pro/fat combo no carbs so 10oz of chicken with some guac would be a great. Is there any reason to avoid this stuff? And I'm not dieting down at the moment I'm trying to put on some lean mass if that comes into account. Thanks guys!

Looks like a decent alternative, any reason why you just don't get fresh avocados and eat a portion with your food?

Other than that, there is no reason not to consume avocados at all. They are a great source of potassium (2 times more than a banana) and the EFA benefit is perfect to a cutting protocol.

I just prefer the taste/texture of guacamole to avocado by a mile. Just spread it across my plain ole chicken breast and it's like a whole new animal, if I had to eat dry chunks of it it's not the same. I want to say they make it in store because every time I walk by this one area they are always mashing avocados
