Hey guys,
Not sure if this is in the right forum, but I had some questions regarding blood work.
Lucky for my my girlfriend's mother manages the doctor office I go to. (I guess lucky in a sense) I have access to essentially get blood work whenever I want it.
I just wanted to find out exactly what I should be looking for and what healthy levels should be to start a cycle.. I plan on running a cycle this winter, but want to give my self ample time for research, diet, and training before I start to run.
Just wanted some input as to what I should ask for and look for.
