yesterday i was reading a thread it was and older thread. It was a bout a natural fat burner you could take. It was 3 different ingredients. the gentleman that posted this was a long time member and actually said you can buy the things he mentioned on amazon. i went back to read more of the thread and i cant find it anywhere. i know this is such a broad question with so much info on this site it will be tough to find again. any help be great.
