the rest is arbitrary
cut would be less than tdee
bulk would be more
how they pick how much above/below is the arbitrary part. it seems if you were to really want to bulk, you would need more than what they are saying
plus, they are telling you your protein requirement without respect to LBM, but instead total weight which is less accurate than using LBM
I guess it's as good a starting point as any. again, hard to read since so small. I magnified it up to 150% and still tough to read.
