    Does this seem right for loosing weight ?

    Calculating my weight loss and this seems to be pretty accurate, what are your takes as for what it is recommending for weight loss ?

    it's hard to read since so small

    TDEE seems reasonable

    the rest is arbitrary

    cut would be less than tdee
    bulk would be more

    how they pick how much above/below is the arbitrary part. it seems if you were to really want to bulk, you would need more than what they are saying
    plus, they are telling you your protein requirement without respect to LBM, but instead total weight which is less accurate than using LBM

    I guess it's as good a starting point as any. again, hard to read since so small. I magnified it up to 150% and still tough to read.

    personally, and it is just me, I don't like the formatting. I don't get to see the nuts and bolts, but instead, they just want me to "trust" their conclusions. they don't output a macro split in the traditional way that I like to see.

    this is what I use, and what I'm comfortable with.
