This is my first post so first and foremost would like to say hello and thank you to anyone who takes the time to offer up some advice.
A little about myself
I am 27
217 lbs
6'"1
Athletic build
Have worked out on and off since high school
I believe I am currently around 10-13% body fat though I'm really not sure. Just a guess.
I have taken 3 cycles of anavar
First cycle I ran 50 mg for 8 weeks
Second the same
And third and most recently taken 60 mg for just under 8 weeks.
All cycles NO PCT
Contrary to popular belief var only cycles provide the desired effects for me.
I commonly achieve decent gains in strength and along with diet and cardio helps me shred and appear fuller and toner.
Everytime I end my cycle I notice how fast these effects just disappear. After just two weeks I don't appear as "big or tone". And my strength certainly decreases after I end the cycle. I can understand why my strength goes away. However I have a few questions.
Will taking a pct help with the decrease in strength?
Is the decrease in size due to purely not taking the drug anymore or is if loss of water retention?
Does anavar dry you out? As I have noticed my joints at times have pain and sometimes after a few bicep workouts they feel so full and just burn rendering me unable to continue.
While the first few times definitely had much bigger gains. The last cycle taken I barely saw the same kind if effects as previously.
I am not afraid of needles however I am just looking to tone and look "harder" don't wan to be huge I have decent genes and feel if I did test I would be too big almost for my body.
I am considering taking one more cycle with a pct this time however will up the dosage to 80mg a day for about 6-8 weeks.
How can I maintain my appearance and strength after getting off. I love the effects if var only but almost feel it's pointless due to the quickly fading side effects.
I am just looking for answers to this question. After trolling the site for sometime I am sure some smartness will come in and tell me how dumb I am and this and that. Save it. I know my body know nutrition and know what works for me.
If there is not a way to help my decreases in size and strength than that's fine. But don't bash me. If someone could shed some positive light on my curiosity that would be great.
