Sounds like you might need a diet plan. If you see the stickies in this forum there are ones mentioning TDEE, calculate that and then create a simple diet plan around that and we can help tweak it. For reference it would be good if you could detail, as much as possible, what your current diet consists of and we can see if this is where the problem is.
My opinion is:
Up the workouts, esp the strength training. Get rid of cardio and replace with HIIT.
Cut diet an additional 3-500cal/day from carbs and fats.
