Aromason Dosing

I recently got my hands on some good ole Pharm Grade Aromason, Finally......!!!

My protocol is .50 Arimidex Tues and .50 Friday which is the day after my Test.

Does anyone here know the amount of Aromason I would need to match what I was taking in Arimidex?

As you know, all dosing is individual and based very much on your protocol. Fill us in on that and let's see what others suggest.

By the way, you Adex dose is rather high for a "normal" TRT protocol. I'd be curious to know how you're doing on this.
