Does The NASM exam have a lot of OPT model questions?

I take my NASM test tommorow what should I focus on and does it have a lot of opt model questions

I passed it. I give all glory to The Lord for that because a lot of it I was clueless.

I know you already took it but anyone who reads this in the future that plans on takingnit I want them to know that their practice exams are fn awsomeni studI ed the shit outa them on top of txt book and outline the guy said I finished faster then he ever seen anyone I credit that to sone of the questions being the same and automaticly knowing the answer

I got certified through ISSA some time ago and have been going through all there certs. The Final for the fitness trainer exam was pretty easy after following their course material and study guide.

I don't think the practice helped much and honestly the test was worded weird to try and trick you. I think that people should follow the NASM study guide if they want to do good
