Gyno won't go away with 60mg nolva

So I ended my first cycle (500mg test + 40mg dbol) 2 months ago.
My pct sucked cause nolva and clomid were fake.
But I didn't get gyno.
Gyno appeared 3 weeks ago. I noticed pea size lump under my right nipple so I decided to get nolva. I didn't get it until 1 week ago. This nolva is not fake( it is astrazeneca).
I started nolva at 60mg ed. Now I am at 8th day and lump didn't reduce size. I think it may just become bigger.
I don't know what to do help mee.
Should I get letro or just wait for week or two.

Rolaxafin would be my choice. Letro is strong and will crush your estrogen. Keep taking the nolva till you get the rolaxafin

Ralox or Letro

Ralox works better than Nolvadex - sometimes

Letro - will run you through the gutter, but works(for me at least)

I will go with letro.

This last time on Dex it only took a few days. The pain went away and the swelling stopped. The lumps are still there, sorta. But, barely noticeable.

Wait.. what symptoms you had? Cause mine are : hard lump under right nipple and right nipple is a little bit swollen(left nipple is normal) but it doesn't hurt on touch and pressure.
My lump isn't noticeable either but what concerns me is that lump still gets bigger.
And did lump reduce size just a little?

Well, mine went like this - all times

Lumps under both sides, not noticeable looking though. Painful on both sides & some puffiness.


When it started to subside, the lumps got so small - I couldn't notice them pretty much at all any more & all of the nip swelling went down.


The 2nd case, when I decided to jump on the letro. That shit fvcking hurt, I couldn't lay on my stomach.

You can only try to prevent flare up and or shrink the growths - but, they will never vanish

8 days is not enough time,,give it a 2-3 weeks and see where your at.

60mg is a big dose, never went that high. I would never risk a fake PCT, since its very easy to get it from local pharmacy simply by sending my GF.
I still get better results with low dosed AI instead of mega dosed SERM.

He had Gyno and he is not on a cycle. Are you saying that you would run an ai off cycle to treat Gyno? I hope not. Op continue with your serm

I found out it works for me. Its the first year I use AI in PCT, and its the first year I got rid 100% of a lump in one nip, and got the other one very small, and keeps my libido high. If crap or not, it works for me.

avoid letro off cycle, look into ralox and the fact maybe it will be cut out if you really need it gone. good luck

I though the lump is starting to reduce its size after about 1 week.
What do you think about this. Run nolva 2more weeks 40mg ed. And I would really love to jump on another cycle. I was planning npp+dbol+test. So what do you think that after 2 weeks I jump on this cycle with 0.5mg arimidex ed and 20mg nolva (or low dose ralox if I buy it) through whole Cycle
Cycle would be 1-4 dbol 40mg,1-12 test e 750mg,1-9 npp 400mg

I finished pct 2 months ago.
I don't have really puffy nipples and they doesn't hurt. Only thing I have is that lump under one nipple.

Personally Id work on the gyno before I complicated it by hopping on another cycle.
