As many of you read about my botched Controlled Delivery post for a bunch of raws I ordered I thought I needed to update the info. I thought I was having a contolled delivery as my raws shipment didn't make sense the way it was delivered. I ran out to the driver and gave him back the package and had it returned. I messed up and obviously was out my money and worse my raws.
I ended up tracking the shipment and I noticed it got sent back to New York and then back to China and it was delivered to the sender. Thought this was strange so I contacted the seller and told them my wife didn't know what the package was so she didn't accept it which is why it was returned and I wanted to know if they would reship it. I know it was a shot in the dark but worth a shot.
I received an email back stating they reshipped it 2 days ago and aren't charging me a reshipment fee or anything. I can't believe this and hopefully it's a sign of a great 2015 for me. This time when the package arrives I'm going to accept it with a giant smile.
Glad it worked out to be a positive experience.
