Hey all!
So I am picking up 3mg (enough?) of IGF1LR3 from ar-r and I am going to use it to help hold muscle when I cut in spring.
But I see so many dosing protocols and It has left me a bit unsure...
I wanted to ask that you guys that have used IGF1 to post up how often you dosed it and at what dose please?
I would be very appreciative of anyone that can post up there layout. This way I can kinda get an idea and see what works best for me.
