expired sust is it bad

My boy wants to take some of my leftover sust 250 ttokkyo lab it has an expiration date of FEB 03 should he take it anyway and if he does wats the worst thing that can happen. I personally didnt take it cause ttokkyo sust hurts like crazy leaves me sore for days so i didnt know wat to tell him i told him i would post something and see wat u guys think of it

Although i do have a question, if its your leftover sust, how much could there be left, enough for a full cycle? Otherwise it would be a waste to take it.
