Cruising PCT advice

Trying to help set this up for a friend of mine.

Here's the backstory:

Fella did a 14 week cycle of enthanate (not sure of dose) about 10 months ago. He apparently had a pal tell him to remain on E and cruise while setting up for the next cycle. Well it turns out he's been on enthanate (I think 150mg/wk or one shot) since and has decided not to run another cycle, and needs help with a PCT protocol.

All his pals are old school, and every one of them is recommending their different bro science for whatever reason that I doubt anyone really understands. I've spent FAR too much time on this site reading PCT, and gave my $0.02 (different than his bros) but I thought I would throw it out to see what people here think.

1) He has 2 shots left, so with the 1/2 life of Enthanate I would assume PCT would start 14 days after the last shot?
2) I recommended starting HCG now, but do you run it through entire PCT (yes/no)? Is it even worth it at this point?
3) Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20?

And another random question. Guy is shut down for sure, is there any point in running a 6-8 week prop cycle 2 weeks after the last enthanate shot, THEN running PCT? I'm a big fan of prop so that was what my first (beginner) thought was. I mean you're already shut down so you might as well......

Id come off and an aggressive PCT 10-14 days after last test enth shot and hope for recovery/avoiding TRT.

I wouldnt bother with HCG at this point.

The thought process of "im shut down now so i might as well do an 8 week test prop cycle" - is a dumb idea imo

Yeah the HCG was what I was really confused about. I've read hours of literature on it, and can't seem to come to a conclusion. Is there any point in running HCG for PCT? He had someone tell him to do it because "your nuts recover"?? I've read the first cycle sticky 800 times and still can't figure out the yes or no on that question.

Will advise clomid/nolva 14 days after last shot, and bloodwork 6 weeks after. That's what makes the most sense to me.

I'm also skeptical on recovery and I still don't know why someone would tell him to continue on with weekly enthanate shots, but whatever. It's unbelievable how much "bro science" is out there and what people will do or believe.

Google Dr Scallys power PCT, that will answer what to do with HCG. HCG is a very good idea in that scenario.

You do seem to be putting a hell of a lot of time and effort to helping him, i like to help friends but also refuse to whipe their arse for them, tell your friend to research himself and get himself educated.

Yeah it's a bit of reading for sure. I don't mind though, the more I know the more educated I am when it comes to my next cycle.

The power PCT is an interesting read. It's a little above my level of understanding, but there are a few analogies that make sense. This is what it recommends:

Day 1-16 : 2500iu HCG every other day.

Day 1-30 : Nolva 20mg/day; Clomid 100mg/day (50mg was taken twice per day)

Day 31-45 : Nolva 20mg/day

Lots of debate on it, but I'm sure it's better than my pals original plan of clomid only!
