    Latest bloodwork/protocol update

Anytime I make changes to my protocol and get bloodwork to back it up I like to share in case it can help anyone else some how. I like to experiment with my dosing protocol in search of the best sweet spot between injection frequency and lowest dose possible. Meaning that I don't want to take any more than I feel I need, and also don't want to pin more often than necessary while keeping test levels stable with no peaks and valleys. I was on 60mg twice weekly for a long time and felt great, now my latest tweak has been 100mg every 5 days. I've been running that about 3 months and just had trt follow up today. Trough levels on that were 600 total (250-1100)and 203 free (35-155). I'm happy with those numbers and feel great, so I think I've found what I'll stick with for now. E5d protocol is a little harder to remember since the days change each week, but I've been using my phone to track it and all is well. Anyway, just thought I'd share. Hope everyone is doing well.

    Happens as we age!

JK. Nothing wrong with that. Cutting your pins down and still feeling good is a win-win.

Thanks for.up, Baxter. It's always helpful.to me to read.other protocols. My Dr. just has switched me to weekly and I'm giving it time to see how I feel/react.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
