Funny, I've only seen liquid form. Regardless, as long as you trust your source and the lab then you should be fine

Shake the bottle each time you dose. Thats the biggest disadvantage of using liquid. Pills stay pretty consistant, liquids will separate. I personally prefer liquid. Haha its helps to see if something is legit by how bad it taste.
