Rear delts are the one area i have to stay on top of, my traps are pretty solid noe but for tye longest they were lagging, i switched up my workouts to really concebtrate on them and man did they develop pretty good so far
Leg day is always insane lol when I'm loading up the leg press looking around the gym like a mad man for more 45s lol people looking at me like no way is he gonna hit that, and then boom start hitting sets of 15 with like 13 plates on each side. Always makes me smile, but i hate taking the plates off after.
I do thank genetics in a big way cause man i have some friends who are huge but have the smallest legs especially calves and they always give me shit haha
