Puffy nipples help

Hi what is the best and fastest way to get rid of puffy nipples it's not gyno just fat I've had them for about a year but weren't too bad but now im on a cycle there starting to get a bit worse due to the extra weight I'm putting on. Is there any way to get rid of the fat in the chest without having to stop bulking

If it's not gyno, then no you won't get rid of it, the only way to get rid of fat in any problem area is low bf. Not what you want to hear when you're on a bulk but that's the reality, you're going to put on some fat during a bulk, and if it was there before you started it'll likely get worse.
