does needle gauge size really matter?

Does it matter if i use 24g 1" or 25g 1" for injections for guads and shoulders?
Is there a change that oil gets out the "hole" if i use wider needle? Is there any change that the oil gets out of the muscle? Thanks for reply!

If you use a 6 guage needle you'll grow a really big muscle

Either works doesn't matter, most important thing is sterile technique and proper injections

I have trouble pushing oils out of anything bigger than a 22ga.

I would imagine it makes a difference in scar tissue development over time. Maybe not a concern on glutes or quads but maybe on delts or tris.. Anyone agree?

Oil leaking back out of the hole should be negligible regardless of pin size. Unless ur a physco and using 18g harpoons.

Hold the pin in for 10 seconds before pulling it back out.

Proper injection technique calls for applying pressure with cotton with alcohol for 1-2 minutes after removing needle.

Needle gauge size does not matter as long as you are comfortable squeezing the oil out the syringe. Needle length is more important, too short needle can cause problems, IM injections are supposed to be buried deep in the muscle.

I use half inch needles and things seem to going well. They say sub Q and IM yield the same results

The smaller the gauge less trauma at the site and less pain at injection.
I use 18-20g to draw with and 25g for injection.

Bigger makes it quicker to draw and obviously is a bit bigger to jab so it'll make some more scar tissue. Just the obvious really, doesn't affect the oils.
