HGH - Elbow tendonitis - Any solutions

Hi All, I have been running growth 4iu/day M-F for about 6-8 weeks. Recently I have been developing tendonitis in both of my elbows. It's been going on for a few weeks and seems to be getting worse. The right arm is by far worse. It's at the point where I am losing grip strength for every day use doing simple things like shaking hands, or opening a jar. Has anyone experienced this and found any solutions? I currently stopped the growth to see if things improve and I am taking a week off from training while I travel to see if this helps. Thanks in advance!

During the first couple weeks of GH therapy I've gotten nerve pain that shoots up my arm for a few weeks .... the pain was mild but made certain lifts very hard to do. Got wrist wraps and with in a few weeks the pain subsided with no other interventions .... I had this happen each time I've started up GH.

THanks for the feedback. It's at the point where im having a hard time sleeping because of the elbow pain. I guess i just need to stop the GH until it goes away then maybe start back up with ligher dosage later on unless there are some other pointers from other members. Thanks

Is there a certain exercise that irritates more than others?

Just in case it's unrelated. I had tennis elbow and Golfers elbow on the same arm. To the point where my grip was extremely diminished. Almost 18 months of pain. Could not low bar squat anymore. Had to stop doing Jiu-Jitsu because of grip issues.

I fixed it in 3 weeks. And did one extra week for extra precaution. No issues at all since. And I've picked up my training tenfold.

    4 Weeks of:

    BPC-157:
    250 mcg Twice daily
    9am/9pm

    TB-500:
    500 mcg
    9am/9pm Twice daily

I injected subcutaneous at the top of my forearm/elbow in the morning. Then subcutaneous lower part of the elbow/underside at night.

This combined with a synthetic growth hormone works wonders. But not nearly as well as actual growth hormone as you are already using.

I used MK 677 because I had it. And it's still exceeded my expectations

I feel like I am heading in the direction of where you were. I took off a week from training and still have issues so I am going to look into these peptides. Thank you so much for the feedback. I'll post my updates after I can locate some and administer it.

    ^ What Kel said:
Not only would that help you rule out the possibility of it being due to a movement but also give you insight where, intramuscularly, to inject your BPC 157, should you go that route.

It's not any specific movement. Actually when I am working out I dont have a lot of pain its post when Im not working out. Simple things like a handshake sets it off.

    Was the same for me.

I was able to bench with little to no pain at all at this time. But I was not able to grip on too much of anything without pain.

Opening a jar, handshake, anything dealing with grip.

That is a condition of tennis and golfer's elbow.

Yes exactly. I was able to get some of the peptides. Crazy expensive but will be worth it if it fixes my issue. I will post an update after running them for 4 weeks.

Second BPC 157, although for some folks it seems to lower dopamine, so if it were me, I'd lighten doses if I started to feel like that was happening.
