OK not really............................................ ............but lately when working out, after a heavy set that really tires me out I will occasionally do the ****ing stupidest things. Today while doing squats I went to get a drink after a set then I walked up to the wrong squat rack, I stood there and stretched for about a minute,...... then I realized that a different amount of weight was on the bar...........you would think i'd of figured it out then but I thought that someone had taken the weight off (apparantly i was still a little to light headed to think correctly) so I turn around to the guy standing there and say......I've got two more sets and i'll be done..................So he gives me this confused look and points to the other squat rack which i was using....................so needless to say i felt like a complete dumbass.......However on the bright side it was probably the best squat workout I've ever had and I'd gladly be a complete MOron for a while if I improved like thta on every workout.
I know i can't be the only person that these sorts of things happen to?

that was good.. ive had a few instances of opps in the gym...
I ran the 100m and 200m, but at 201m I was done.
To me I just don't like running long distance. I don't like running in normal life either. If I see a bus ride by me, and it I would either have to run to catch it, or wait another hour for the next one, I will sure as hell be waiting. I refuse to be one of "those" people that run around the city... but maybe that's because I've got nowhere important to be most of the time, or more likely, I don't care about being punctual
