Is this a statement, an update of sorts?

no i was seeing if this was a good way to start out
I dont really believe in the high-rep deal for cutting. I always go heavy and low rep. I stick to cardio and diet when I cut, and I tried the high-rep thing and felt like I lost some mass. 10 reps is fine. Try the workout forum. But what works for one person might not work for another. Yeah, I never go "lighter" when cutting, but I may reduce the # of sets. Staying heavy enables your muscles to "remember" how big they should stay, to push that amount of weight. Begin to use lower weights and you lose this memory.
Diet/cardio get you cut, not high reps.
