Thanks BigKev, I am 5'9 225 pounds in the process of cutting down, last time I measured my arms they were 17" (not pumped) but since I am cutting they may have gone down some I am not sure.

I had the chance to workout at the gym he worksout at in Ft. Lauderdale about 2 years ago.

He was freakin' HYOOOOOOGE ! Nice guy too, was a plasure to meet him. Posed a little for me too and was that an experience !
