Hey bros,
I'm new here and would just like to introduce myself... I'm a competitive powerlifter of 5 years and also an aspiring bodybuilder... my best lifts are:
S: 505
B: 355
D: 475
-All done below 165 bodyweight.
These are gym lifts made last year and don't reflect what I am currently capable of. I compete mostly within the APF... if I can be of service to any of you please let me know, I look forward to giving and recieving a wealth of information on this board and hopefully learning a little in the process.
