Whats your MRP of choice, tast and quality?
mesotech for sure. The price is right and it has 52gm of protein and 10gm of glutamine per serving.
I mix it will 275ml of water instead of the recommended 350ml and it is just like pudding.![]()
wasnt mesotech the MRP that had the most hidden polysaturated fats and high glycemic sugars?Originally Posted by Shredz
GNC MRP!
60g Protein, 50g Carb, 10g Fat and about 5g Glutamine.
My favorate meal replacement isn't on the list. It's called Nepro. Costs about $4 for a 8oz can. You have to get used to the taste and you can't drink it all down too fast. It has everything in it (it would take me too long to list everything that's in it). Also has 475 calories. I did pretty well with 4 cans per day.
This is news to me...if you had any material on this I would love to read it.Originally Posted by daman1
Either mesotech or Myoplex....There was a bro on AR I remember who had a relative or he himself worked for Myoplex. If you come across this thread, let me know how much you charge for a box of bars !!!![]()
Champion UltraMet for me. Mix's up nice and thick, and tasts great.
Mesotech has so much aspartame it hurts my kidneys.
Why do u think its so cheap - its lo quality.
For me it is Eas Myoplex.
I use low carb isopure choc. I mix it with dextrose when I want to make a mrp... or use it straight before bed. Very versitle.
No materials bro. Just word of mouth from some friends that know people who work for EAS.Originally Posted by Shredz
