I find it hard to use the "z" method of shooting into my delts. Do any of you use that method for the delts? I did try that method so no juice would come out of the pin hole, 25g 1".

The "z" method is when you pull your skin over 1/2" with one hand then shoot with the other hand
I don't use that method, I only use it for the glutes, but most of the time I do it just so I can see properly. The amount that you lose is so small.
yea, i do it because it reduces leakage, but mostly because its alot easier to break the skin when its stretched tight...
