    I guess I should post here too..I would have to go with the years that I didn't really know what I was doing in the gym..and just went in there to push heavy weights and not worry about form..as well as all those unhealthy meals i have ate in the past..what I would do to get those years back..

    It all created a hell of a lot of work now. But I still love every minute of it.

    2 things....

    #1 GOT INTO WRESTLING ALOT EARLIER...LIKE IN MID 80s..#2 RESEARCHED ROIDS ALOT EARLY INSTEAD OF BELIEVING UNTRUE HYPE....AND EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT PLAN ON BEING A SINGLE FATHER I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. I WOULDNT CHANGE THAT..

    i would change my diet cause i dont have one. All i do is eat whatever i see and suck down a few shakes . I think everyone would change things from there past especially when you first started training. I think its safe to say most of us didnt know what we were doing . Oh yea i could use a big set of quads my wussy legs suck . ( bad ankle and knee problems )

    1. more muscule
    2. grown up girlfriend
    3. being less lazy
    4. never falling into that 7 month off from gym thing
    5. should I keep going on and on, naaaa I'm gonna stop here just because I don't want to type so many depressing things here

    Hmmm one thing. I can think of a lot of things but if I had to change one thing it would be more patience. My inability to be wait sometimes cost me much more than I would like to admit.

    I would like to change God's reason for making me so short. As many has already stated, the inevitable part of life, more patience. Take it easy ya'll.
