This is the way to run it.......... Always run a SERM (Nolva) and AI (L-dex, proviron, femera........) together.

I'm only on 10mg, but I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I almost think I don't need it at all on this cycle, but better safe then sorry.

you say .25mg/day, but the caps I'm looking to buy only come in .5 or 1 mg. Is .5mg/EOD the same?

Buy the .5 and break in half...
