Laser Teeth Whitening

Anyone have laser teeth whitening done? Results?

While i can't say i've had it done myself, i did work in a dental office this summer (and i'm also in dental school) - so i do have some experience working with it.

A lot of my beliefs on the tooth whitening systems are based on conversations with my mentor and seeing the procedures done.

From what i've seen, the in-office whitening systems (britesmile, rembrandt) have shown the most impressive results. And according to my mentor, he's seen the longest-lasting results as well, when compared to trays and anything you'd get over the counter.

I've never heard anyone dissatisfied with the results, though i have seen a few patients who experienced quite a bit of discomfort in the first 24 hours following the procedure -- some people will be very sensitive to the whitening agents and can develop some tooth soreness - this should go away relatively quickly.
