    Problems with my forearms

Everytime I do some kind of bi workout like curls i grip to bar really tight and when im dont pulling to bar up my forearms hurt not sure if its a muscle or the bone. Its been like that for almost a year now and it only hurts for a couple of seconds then goes away.

Had the same problem. Actually I still have it when I go heavy weight with the bar. What happens is when u grab the bar..ur wrist/hand cant move the way it wants to go because of the bar..and the wieght puts a lot of pressure on it... Im not sure if Im right. Thats what I think at least..because when I replaced bar with dumbbells ...I had no pain..at all..even with really heavy weights. I bet u someone will answer for that question.
    Take care

I was thinking that it had something to do with the size of them or even the bone but i will try switching to db, Thanks.

search AR for "forearm splints" or "forearm pain". Its very common.
