Another cutting question for non-workout days

    Another newbie question:

On non-workout days, how many carbs should I be looking at for my pro/carb meal?

I'm cutting and my stats are:
    28yo
    6'0 220lbs
    probably 20% bf

My diet is posted here for reference.

someone your size i think you could get away with having 40-45 grams of carbs in the AM after cardio from oats, but you'll have to fiddle with this as everyone is different.

Well I was going to keep the carbs in the evening to make sure I get the full fat burning effects from my morning cardio. I will go with 40-45g for now.

I would not have any in the evening, maybe in the morning like stated above.

Try it and if it works for you than keep doing it, otherwise switch back.
